Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know, though, that Contestrights Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

We send an email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask for a second review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
